White-label means we provide finished, shelf-ready hemp and THC products that you can brand with your own logo and packaging design. Private-label, on the other hand, involves creating custom formulations and unique product specifications specifically for your brand. At Wholesale Hemp Suppliers, we primarily offer white-label services for fast turnaround, but custom/private-label options can be discussed for larger orders.
For white-label products, our MOQ is 50 units per SKU per flavor. For wholesale bulk purchases, products are sold in cases of 25 units. Custom formulation orders may require higher MOQs depending on product type.
Our standard turnaround time for white-label production is 2 weeks once artwork and payment are approved. This ensures your products are branded, packaged, and ready for retail quickly.
All wholesale stock orders (non-white-label) are typically shipped within 72 hours of payment confirmation. Tracking details are provided once the shipment leaves our facility.
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis depending on the regulations of the destination country. Please contact our sales team to confirm eligibility.
We ship most orders through UPS to ensure fast and reliable delivery. If you require a different carrier or have specific logistics needs, we can make special arrangements.
Yes. Every batch is third-party lab tested for cannabinoid content, potency, and compliance. COAs are accessible via QR codes on product packaging or can be provided directly upon request.
Yes. All hemp-derived products comply with the 2018 Farm Bill requirement of less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis. For THC products, we also ensure compliance with specific state regulations, such as “Florida Compliant” formulations.
Our Florida Compliant THC gummies are specially formulated to meet Florida’s state regulations for hemp-derived THC products. This ensures they can be legally sold and consumed in Florida under current laws.

Yes. We provide full branding support, including packaging and labeling. You can either submit your own design, or our in-house team can assist with creating compliant, retail-ready labels that reflect your brand identity.

Due to the nature of hemp and THC products, we do not accept returns on opened items. However, if products arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace or refund your order promptly. All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
All products are packaged in child-resistant, tamper-evident containers with lot numbers, expiration dates, and QR-coded lab results. This ensures consumer safety, compliance, and traceability.
Our main facility is located in Miami Lakes, Florida. While we are not open to walk-in retail customers, scheduled business visits and consultations can be arranged by appointment.
“Shelf-ready” means your white-label products arrive fully branded, sealed, and compliant—ready to be stocked in retail stores or shipped directly to customers without further processing.
In addition to CBD, Delta-8, and Delta-9 products, we can formulate with a wide range of cannabinoids including HHC, CBG, CBN, and more. This allows us to tailor products to your brand’s market niche.
Every product package includes a QR code linking directly to third-party lab test results. You can also request COAs for specific batch or lot numbers from our compliance team.
